MY mother has been trying to send emails with photo attachment from her slingshot account to my paradise account but it keeps getting bounced back.

She can send email to me with no attachments.

I will try to get her to cut and paste the error message but it is not easy as she  is not too flash on the PC.

As far as I can tell it either saying my address is unknown or there is a fatal error.

Anyone know if this is a problem from Slingshot to PAradise..

I am very hesitant to ring Vodafone as life it too short anyway

I will see if she can send to my gmail

Thanks

Things like this is why I think snap-degrees have made the right call with not offering email anymore.

send to gmail is the best answer for now. Better answer is to move the mother off ISP email as well.

Have you checked that there is enough room left in your paradise email account to receive the photos. Speaking from Memory the size of a paradise email on the server is about 15Mb.If what is stored on the server plus attachment size exceeds this then the email will be rejected
