Hi both

Thanks, we've sent those examples to our faults team to be reviewed. Your connection might go down for a few minutes as it's reset, and then should start showing usage again.

Thanks for the update, Dylan. The same appears be the case for me as well. If my connection drops I would assume the fault is being fixed.

Seems it's affecting a few people on cable, they're looking into it now as an identified issue. As it seems to be more widespread I'm not sure what steps will be taken to resolve it, but will post again if/when I have more news. :)
