Are you using the correct Vodafone DNS? You haven't gone and changed this in the router or on your PC to a 3rd party DNS provider?

and where is the rest of the info? you posted your modem stats which suggest you have a good connection

- Your ISP and plan
- Type of connection (ADSL, ADSL2, VDSL)
- Your modem DSL stats (do not worry about posting Speedtest, we need sync rate, attenuation and noise margin)
- Your general location (or street)
- If you are rural or urban
- If you know your connection is to an exchange, cabinet or conklin
- If your connection is to a ULL or wholesale service
- If you have done an isolation test as per the link above

and then what DNS servers are you using

are you using WIFI?

Isp is vodafone.Plan is unlimited
adsl2
woodbourne blenheim
not rural
i dont know if its to an exchange

no idea what dns servers

for windows

Click on Start button > Run > and Type "cmd" > Press [enter] key

type ipconfig /all
find and post DNS servers

you need to log into your modem and then find what they are set to in there then

On the troubleshooting it says this dns address 203.109.191.1
