Trying to get unlock code for Vodafone mobile:

st attempt: website application stalls on submit button.
nd attempt: visit local Vodafone store, they were unable to access unlock page, suggested I phone helpline.
rd attempt: gave up waiting on helpline and the atrocious music.
th attempt: website application stalls on submit button.
th attempt: gave up waiting on helpline and the atrocious music.
th attempt: website application stalls on submit button.
