Hi,


I should know better, I used to work for them!!

I keep getting caught out on my vodafone bills and not changing my plan, Yes im super lazy and really busy so the last thing i think of is checking my bill and then paying it.
I tried to log in this morning to alter some details on mobile on account plan so i get an email when its due.

I found that all it tells me is my usage and thats it. I cant alter my plan or any settings like we used to be able to.
Am i missing something?
If someone from the superstar social media team can give me a PM and we can look into a plan change.

Im at work and dont want to deal with a sales person haha.
@Johnr, you should change my plan.

Oh yeah, What happened to the account portal?

Plan changes could never be done via the mobile App and if you are at work and can't call 777 how can you be on the interwebs posting :P

For TPII / My Vodafone home broadband accounts you can schedule a bundle change for your next billing cycle and schedule moves between naked broadband plans.

I'm very certain the plan change can be made at any time and you'll have part month reversals and charges.

IIRC you can only schedule it for the next billing cycle via the web interface, But agents could change immediately.
