I'm ridiculously frustrated at my (and VF's) lack of understanding of what Vodafone need to do to upgrade my account from 40GB cable to unlimited. Two weeks ago I asked to be upgraded and they said fine -should take 24-48 hrs.
Many communications later I have now established I need a new modem but waited for two hours and no technician turned up. They don't seem to know how to do this so can someone tell me so I can tell them...
1) Do I need a technician to set up the modem (I have an old Motorola one) or do they just deliver it? Can I pick it up from somewhere since everything takes 24-48 hours for them to do??
2) If they can't sort it what is the best priced alternative unlimited provider for Wellington (not fibre) that knows what they're doing????
Thanks in advance..

@Geekshelp You would only need a new HFC modem if you upgraded the speed as well, Can you DM me your Cable account number please
