The app is pretty good. However...


Every time there is an update (either to the IOS or the app), it throws me out and requires me to log in again. Usually I cannot remember the password so I have to reset it.


Every time that happens, we go through the process of getting a code and entering a new password. This is then followed by a message that says "Houston, we have a problem" and suggests I call customer services.


They usually fix it by resetting it at their end. However the fact that it happens every time suggests that there might be an error somewhere in the way it works, so I just thought I would mention it here.
