Hi folks

The super observant among you may have noticed that I've switched usernames from VodafoneDylan to DylanP. I'm going to be leaving Vodafone in a couple of weeks, I finish here at Easter and will be joining Socialites, a social media agency in Auckland CBD.

I'll still be around Geekzone from time to time but clearly won't have access to Vodafone systems after Easter. I'm not sure if there will be more Vodafone representation here - it's up to a few others to decide. Vodafone has been a lot of fun and something that I've enjoyed being part of. I've been here almost six years now and it's about time for a change.

Cheers

Dylan

Were you Telstra Clear originally Dylan, or have you been Vodafone from day 1?

Lias:

Over the years being able to PM someone on here (Both yourself, JohnR, and others like Gary from TelstraClear pre merger) and sort out issues has been the difference between me staying a customer (albeit sometimes a grumpy one!) and me skipping off to another provider.

Thanks Lias. I'm that it's the same for all of us, it's a pleasure to be able to help. And we understand the 'sometimes grumpy' as we too are customers of telcos, banks, insurance companies, city councils... :-)

Dylan, congrats on the new role. Speaking from a personal point of view, you've been awesome in helping me with my particular issue when I wasn't getting anywhere via the normal channels so thank you.

Best of luck going forward,

Best of luck with your new job Dylan.

I would probably still be having issues trying to get my bills paid properly without your help.

I suspect the Vodafone forum will be the poorer without you.

Delete cookies?! Are you insane?!

I joined Vodafone home phone and broadband support in May 2010 which was essentially former iHug. After a few months moved to feedback and complaints where I got to know more about provisioning and mobile, mainly through asking lots of people annoying questions, then was asked to join our social media pilot team, then TelstraClear merge happened, then looked after the transition of Vodafone Forum to Vodafone Community and have been working on that since.
