Due to unfortunate events, I havent yet paid my vodem bills and Vodafone has cut my service with my Vodem. I am not able to connect. I am in 24 month contract plan. My query is, since now I am not allowed to connect via Vodem, will the billing still be there? So will I get charged this month too?? This seems a bit confusing for me, I haven't paid my bill, I agree and Vodafone stops me from using Vodem but still bills me...hmm....

Chaks

Atleast if you can give access and charge, that would be really helpful Frown...I am currently worried about that

They will probably charge the monthly amount because it's a contract and you will most likely find that not paying one month doesn't end the contract.

Also they probably have a clause saying that they are not obliged to provide the service until it's paid - while still charging for the month.

Pay your bill....you entered the contract, if you don't pay, then you don't play. Vodafone should keep charging you however, that's what contracts are all about.

I would imagine that the service would remain suspended for as long as you have overdue charges, which sounds fair enough to me. As Mauricio says, the fact that you have overdue charges doesn't mean that you're no longer bound by the 24 month term contract.
