Sport. In particular, NRL, AB's, Cricket, Super. For the package I've got, sports is free for the year.

Thanks for the info. I'm on Vodafone TV already so it took two minutes to call and upgrade.

That's a good deal for Vodafone customers too particularly compared with FanPass which I was looking at. I'll get the ESPN channels, can watch online too, and it is cheaper.

I'm happy with Vodafone customer service. It's not all bad like some people want you to believe.

The only downside is that I'm contracted for another 12 months which might delay my move to UFB for a few months.

That's good to hear, but I fear your experience is the exception rather than the norm, sadly.

Responses in forums like this are hardly a representative sample for a whole lot of reasons.

In my area Vodafone probably remains the primary ISP. I  know a lot of people who are on Vodafone cable with no problems. My sons play a lot of online games and so far this year they've only complained once about Internet issues.

The biggest issue for many of us is that we're keen to get fibre because until it is here Vodafone doesn't have really good competition.

True, but what about all the complaints on their Facebook page (for example)?
