maverick: There was an issue with a core piece of equipment, DSL is back and and running, Auckland VFX services are all running, POI's are coming back online , there is an issue with Standing the links back up in some regions with Telecom and we are working on it at present.

I imagine a screaming siren and red flash light that goes off above your bed at home maverick when equipment fails like this? Cool

Any more updates on when all will be back up and running?

My current status is, 2 x VFX lines (1 on WRTP54g, 1 on PAP2T) cannot be called
from telecom landline, vodafone cellphone, or telecom cellphone.

I cannot call the VFX helpdesk from a telecom cellphone or a vodafone cellphone.

I have TC Cable internet so my nets fine

It is a bit dissapointing that nither my divert to cellphone or voicemail have kicked in, but I guess thats the nature of where the fault has occured

Mavrick its great to see you are onto things and updating people on the forum. This is a great service that we would never get from the other ISP's

All services are now fully restored and operational,

There was a secondary issue which caused the delay in the restoring services to some regions, we are still investigating the issue at this point
