I've just signed up with Vodafone as a returning customer as I got a really good deal. However I'm not sure if I still get a Static IP address and a free modem? Apart from the NEON account what other improvements have been added in the last 6 months?

Does this deal apply to their home 'mobile internet' (fixed 4g) plans too?

Was wondering where my $300 credit and neon voucher were.

Turns out Vodafone decided not to add it and have no record of it. WTF

They record their calls.  If you know the day and approximate time of the call they will review.  I once did this when I wasn't told by the CSR that a contract extension was required.  They reviewed the recording and agreed.

I agreed to two years of extension, I've been with the so long I didn't mind. Hopefully it's just a mix up
