For what it is worth, I too appreciate the help that Phil and others have offered in this forum and it would be a real loss to us all to loose this personal contact.

They have helped me with a number of issues over the past year or so, something I have experienced no where else.

Please don't leave! It's such a helpful knowledgebase to have all the problems and solutions to XNET VFX and associated problems documented in forums such as these.

In every public place you get problems like these, but weather the storm and stick it out, the more experienced geeks which are just trying to get on with their day to day jobs, and needing the direct communications will thankyou for you help.

This is one of the main reasons we use XNET, because we can share not only problems, but new and different ways of using XNET's services. I personally have learnt so much from this forum and are now able to sell and support your services so much better.

Perhaps if you do decide to leave, we could setup a dealers forum which registered dealers could post to, this would keep the goal of being able to share this knowledge with the people which need it the most.

Thanks for the comments guys, but it honestly wasn't about a "poor us getting a hard time" we are more than happy to take the bad with the good but it was more about some of the conflict that the admins where having to deal with andtrying to settle the rational comments from the others mainly brand new users to the forum, it's a very hard job and they do a great job in being very fair in giving people a fair voice but some people seemed to be going over the top and I would hate to see Geekzone dragged down to a level that others forums are at as that would be a great loss to the NZ tech community, so if we were going to be the cause of it then it would have been better to withdraw, but I think people have got the point Wink,

But thanks guys we do appreciate the comments, and I'm always happy to talk to people about products , services and technology I'm sure some of the Wellington Geekzone people will tell you that...I like to talk about the industry and have some pretty strong views on it Foot in mouth

Yes I am a employee of WxC (My Profile) ... but I do have my own opinions as well Wink

Maverick, I started the post and yes agree it got out of hand and over the top. I was trying to make the point that I had enough of paying the dollars for broadband and getting a dial up service. I know you have a lot on your plate and I was venting.

You will notice I didn't have a dig at any of the moderators and even when one asked us to wait I suggested the same.

I was disappointed that when the moderators thought something was going on they straight away block and locked all of our companies account, I think a PM would have sorted this out much quicker.

I did get to see the cheerleader picture the next day and yes not the best taste but it was a very funny picture, obvious a staff member with too much time.

Don't stop posting just because of this tread, I have read a lot of your other posts and you have helped a lot of people sort problem out and we can’t ask more than that.
