Hello,

Can one of the Vodafone Geeks answer this please? Sorry to ask this here, as I have trouble explaining this to a VF CSR

On my personal VF account, I have BES and for voice I have motormouth plan. I would like to change my voice plan to casual
which I will pay for all the voice calls 0.79cents , texts 0.17cents.

I know I can switch to BIS and use the casual voice as shown here - http://www.vodafone.co.nz/business/blackberry/internet-service.jsp

I'm also aware that I can use BES with ''You choose'' or ''TalkZone'' plans.

but I would like to make use of the BES services and voice in casual rates. I use my work VF mobile for most of my voice calls.
Trying to save some bucks here
Thanks

Tell them you want a Data Sim Card (GPRS Casual data plan) with Blackberry Enterprise Service added.

You may have to go into store to set this up as you are changing plans or you may get a very onto it and helpful CS rep who can do it on the phone, most likely start on your next cycle.

Thanks,

I will try my luck 3rd time tomorrow, unfortunately I ended up talking to the same CSR the second time, she is adament that there is no such a thing.. even after guiding her to the Vodafone WebPages where this is info is located for BIS
If this fails I will go to a VF store
