Apologies, mis-spoke a DHCP issue is addressed in this release but the one you mentioned is in the next release, which isn't far away.

@kiwifidget Apologies, not available yet
My UHH says there are 3 users logged in.
How can I tell who else is logged in?
Delete cookies?! Are you insane?!

Advanced mode, Status and Support, Event Log
Goosey: Hey.
I got both a text and email telling me my new modem has been dispatched!
But I haven't spoken to anyone at VF about anything so not sure why I'm being sent (what I assume is free), a new router/modem hub.
My existing router modem is a net gear and had it for 6 years (firmware usually updated yearly). It doesn't miss a beat until there's a power cut or my old alarm grabber has kicked in and then I have to cycle it many times to get back online.
Anyhow, hope this is free and not a mistake!
Grrr I'm overseas, so not l Looking forward to planning time before planning to switch this over after I get back!
They've been sending out modems to ADSL customers who are getting free upgrades to VDSL - there were letters sent a while ago about this.

Thanks Morm.
Now it says there are 4 logged in.
Is it maybe counting number of times logged in instead of concurrent logins?
The logs dont tell me much.

The log says the source IP. Mine shows my local lan pc so it is counting me each login
I wouldnt mind being a tester of the new ultra home hub.
My HG 659 is still giving me a few wifi issues on an older laptop.
I set one up for a client the other day, first time I've used one. Looked good for general home use just with a quick play. Wireless seems nice and stable. Certainly looks to be a nice improvement from the HG659.
Something I noticed about the new Ultra Hub is that the installation technician simply broke it out of its packaging, and after doing his provisioning thing, et voila we had internet access. With previous, user owned routers, we needed to enter all the settings manually, viz. DNS, static IP addresses, DHCP range, etc etc.
Does this mean that these settings are now automatically generated by Vodafone when online via their cable modem, or were the settings already pre-programed into the Hub? What happens if powered off? ... when I did that all the settings were actually retained, or did they auto-regenerate?.

>new firmware rolling out this week to address. Auto install.<
Anyone yet had the upgrade? Mine's still CRF716, although I have had to power cycle the cable modem three times this week!
