Same domain for us also.

 

@MikeHales - Please advise who I contact or where I can go to get access to a domain name control panel that VF/Clear/Paradise is the registrar for because one of them is pointed at mx.paradise.net.nz ?

 

I need to change name server records before I transfer this domain to ensure there is no down-time. I have been told that Vodafone immediately disconnect existing DNS when a domain is transferred.

I've not received an email yet - or else it was marked Spam and purged - so today I phoned up the published number for this shutdown (0800 935 097) to ask for it to be re-sent. I was told by the lady that the emails are being sent out in batches, and not all batches have yet been sent.

 

 

 

What's the actual story, Mike? Should all emails have gone out by now, and if we don't have ours - we need to call in?

 

 

My emails from VF were in my spam folder....crazy and pathetic.

 

 

@MikeHales - have all of the emails now been sent to Paradise customers? I haven't received one, and I have checked the Spam folder.

While I cannot talk for the clear/paradise emails my latest email notification on an @quik address came through at 1:19am 14/9/17.





Please note: I have a professional bias towards Vodafone.

Three paradise email accounts with Vodafone. I requested that all three be automatically forwarded to my live.com email account.

 

Today I received an email from "gmail" stating; A request was made to add xxxx.xxxxxxx@paradise.net.nz to your Google Account. Click here to verify this request.

 

I don't want my paradise emails forwarded to Google Gmail I want then forwarded to my Microsoft live account.

 

Mike Hales, would you please assist me in getting my emails forwarded to the correct Microsoft live email account.

 

Assistance would be most appreciated.

I've just phoned 0800 935 097 again. The lady there said that Vodafone is still sending out the emails in batches, and they should all be sent out by November 30th.

 

Sooooo, I guess if any of us hasn't yet received such an email, it MIGHT mean that it hasn't been sent yet, or it MIGHT mean that it was marked as Spam and auto-deleted. And we won't know until it's too late.....

 

@MikeHales - does this match what you believe is happening, in the sending out of emails?

All emails have been sent. We will send reminders but those reminders will be grouped and periodical up until 30 November - no reminders sent to date. We're aware of some notifications not arriving and are looking into that as a matter of urgency.

It has now been 5+ working days since the forwarding of 3 Vf emails addresses were set up, still no sign of any of them actually forwarding.
