Is this the ugliest looking "bill" ever?

The bill is attached as a separate document tho isn't it? This is just the email with the bill?

From the inbox it doesn't even show as coming from Vodafone

Previously they came from "My Vodafone mobile bill" with a subject of "[account code] - My Vodafone mobile bill"

Just some feedback.  The new format looks like spam

Also the big questionmark on the sender means they cant be bothered to set up their email servers properly.

They be having massive issues with their domains and DNS tools. Which include some govt hosted ones as well. This might be why, I would suspect Gmail has ripped out any images etc due to being a non verified sender or however.

To answer the OP's question: Yep - it's the ugliest bill email ever.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

Linux: @mikehales is VodafoneNZ aware of these issues I am also trying to open this months invoice in the My Vodafone App and getting invalid format

Linux

Not to mention since the app was updated about a couple of months ago it crashes when you actually click on "view bill". Clearly the QA is pretty crap and I can't believe this isn't fixed since it's obviously something lots of people use.

To view the bill (which doesn't actually work anyway since it's saying invalid format) you have to click on "pay bill" and then "view latest bill".

Its the grammar that offends me in the email - "Direct Debit from your bank account or your credit or Visa debit card....".

So you can't pay with your Mastercard debit card?

or your Mastercard credit card?

And 2 x or in the same sentence *shudder*

sealed

If you can't open it, is there really a bill to pay?
