Aha. the giant modem... user error!

 

Didn't jump out at me... "smart connect" was looking for "chat" or "Live" or something!

 

 

 

Dedicated to smart connect sounds risky, Assumption that folk will jump over or an expectation of large wait times.

 

I'll sniff about them though, if they can impress me... They certainly have my business. I dislike phonecalls, Helpdesk can't seem to identify my voice, always throws me straight into an unimpressed state. (I worked a half a year in callcenter never having this issue, nor do our offshore team miss it)

Torque: Has VF's Home wireless broadband been discontinued? It's no longer available on their website...

 

It's on their website and talked about in the press release on the 1st page.
