Can I migrate from 2Talk to Vodafone for cloud-based PBX??

We are using 2talk for our VoIP services but our office is closing down and the accountants want to move our existing numbers to Vodafone for billing purpose.

I want to be able to redirect incoming calls to mobiles and other landlines and keep the call conference functionality.

Can this be done?

I can't get hold of my Account Manager at Vodafone.

Yes you can port numbers away from 2talk.
If you contact 2talk they will give you all the info you need to then pass onto Vodafone, who will do the porting request.

No idea what Vodafone's system features allow you to do, once your numbers are on their system.

You can migrate the numbers easily enough. That’s just number porting.

Voice features and number plan will need to be setup again from scratch, as the 2talk and VF systems are different. Expect to lose features in the process, and make sure VF can do what you want with the new solution. And then have them sign off in writing they can do it!

As others have said, yes you can port the numbers.

..although make sure you get the features you want. The "Office Net" voice product kind of sucks.
