Hi,

I have recently signed up to Xnet and am in the process now of getting VFX enabled - my current setup is a Linksys AG241 connected to the WRP400 via the lan ports.  I have put the provisioning address in but nothing seems to be connecting.  I'm presuming that my configuration is not supported, or that there are perhaps some settings that I need to tweak to get it to work.

I'm kinda hoping it's the latter, because I don't want to set my AG241 to bridging and I don't want to have a double NAT situation either (will make connecting to devices attached to the WRP400 from devices attached to the AG241 difficult).

Does anyone have any tips or am I outta luck?

Hi friedCrumpet,

I would suggest giving the call centre a bell, they should be able to help you out with any required settings.

Cheers

josh
