So... Struck an issue with my dsl link, reoccurring cable fault so thought i'd give the online 'ninja' service a try....

 

 

 

Link seems to have disappared from the site!

 

Was the service stopped?

Has it been hidden behind a new fancy icon one needs to click on? i recall it used to be the modem.....

Suggestion: look at getting the UX team to consider adding it to the "Contact us" section....
