The only way I see on the Vodafone website to get tech support is to call a phone number.
My problem is my wife and I both have iphones that have stopped being able to receive and make phone calls since yesterday.
Data services over the cellular network still work fine though.
But there doesn’t seem a way to contact Vodafone help online through text, chat or even email.
(I cant physically go to a store presently).
Any suggestions?
