Yes, it appears and reappears without me doing anything. I could view my data usage on Saturday, last night it was gone (just blank instead of a number). Really hope I don't get charged if I go over my usage - not my fault their crappy app isn't ready for use yet.

Wait for next update I guess

John

One day it works and shows the usage perfectly, next day it doesn't...God this is frustrating...

Have you tried using the 'submit feedback' option? I did, and they managed to fix my problem.

I messaged them on Facebook almost a week ago but haven't heard anything.

The Vodafone app shows I am on a $29 plan and does not show the $10 discount off that. At least the on account amount invoiced is correct.

Oh no, not another end of the world prediction

So, having fixed my earlier problem I am now seeing a recurrence of an unrelated problem I have had before with the old app whereby the usage meter gets 'stuck' at a point in time and therefore understates current usage. To determine my actual current usage I have to log in to the web portal and look at the detailed usage log.

I would encourage others to take care with this, because if you experience the same problem then it could lead you to believe that you have much more available data than you really do.

I messaged Vodafone about this issue over a week ago and haven't heard anything. Can't see a "feedback" link in the app itself...but then again, would it do anything anyway?

Shake the app to provide feedback.

I like it overall.

Mine crashes whenever I click the "See Available Add Ons" button though (Android).

Also, can we please have it show when your 24 month contract expires? Unless it does and I can't spot that of course.

Has anyone else had issues with slow update of your balance/packs in the app? Even when you drag down to refresh, and reopen the app?

My wife's phone ran out of credit, so MyFlex didn't renew. I topped up, and then kept refreshing the main screen and addons screen to see if it would automatically add the MyFlex pack. After ten minutes, I added a new MyFlex pack, and today I found that it charged me for a MyFlex pack almost instantly after I topped up, and again when I forced renewal ten minutes later :(
