I have been trying since friday to get the balance on my phone by txting, but it no longer works by txting BAL to 777. Is this broken. I am in the Wellington area.

I think it is an ongoing problem, becuase last week I was having trouble too. When they start charging for help in august, we will need to pay them to report these types of problems to them, which isn't good.

Whats worse is when you get nothing back, and then it comes in hours later, usually while ya trying to sleep.

I hope they get these problems sorted before the 1st August, when they claim we will be able to do everything via there self support systems.

You can, but it is not a permanent record, and not as convienent. You also can by going online, but not very convienent. I guess they will end up charging for the BAL to 777 function eventually too.
