Thanks for that detail. I know the app team read Geekzone so I’m sure they’ll take that onboard.
Things like primary service and so on can be looked at, so good to get the feedback.

So I have just used the new updated version of the my Vodafone App and in check my data usage there is now only a bar indicating how much data I have left, they have removed the second grey bar around the circle which used to represent how many days were left until the plan renewed.

The old version with the two bars was great as you could see how you were tracking for the month in terms of if you were using to much data or if you had not used much at all and could afford to splash out a little. What is everyone elses thoughts on this?

We are happy to let you know that we have reinstated the 'days left' circle in the latest version of the My Vodafone app - 4.9.3 (rolling out to app & play stores this afternoon).

 

Please let us know if you encounter any issues with the new design, or if you have any suggestions on how to improve things further.

That is fantastic news, I have just downloaded the updated version with the days remaning bar back in, very happy to have this back in the app and I am sure a lot of others are also. Thanks again!

In the app there is an option to personalise connections for shared data users. When I try to set users nicknames the app closes. Cab you take a look at this? Customising names would be great.

Hi @PippaC, will you be bringing back to widget anytime soon as it was really useful to be able to see amount of data left with a glance without having to go into the app.

 

Also noticed a bug where if I added a photo to the other users I manage (prepay mobiles for family members), when I log back in later, it would disappear and sometimes they would randomly appear again.

 

Can this be looked into please perhaps for the next update?

I finding that I'm not seeing the days remaining wheel on my smart phone  page but it is showing on my broadband usage page? using the ios app

We're hoping to investigate the widget, or something similar, at some stage - yes. I'll see what we can do about raising the priority on that one.
