Vodafone/Ihug admit theres a usage fault, they said basically they'll need to get a csr rep to monitor it every morning to remove the shaping speed, thus 64kbps limit removed and back to normal speeds.

However my usage states ive used over 20gb on bb3 plan, recently changed to Ultimate plan as theres no price difference and it increases upload to 1Mbit and 2gb per day download limit no longer applies like it does on Broadband 3 plan, just the only limit being 20gb a month. Currently saying im using 3.7 gb a  day which is bull$@+

anyone else had the same issues?

its handy to know also that they can unshape you at a click of a button :D

P.S ADSL2+ red network, more like pink network as its not even fully up and running.

Make that: - as my blog will revolve... Smile

Yep - it's been crap since ages ago. I'm actually sick and tired of this failing system, and it keeps on happening. I don't even know exactly how much has been thrown down the gurgler because of it.

EDIT: Vodafone zeroed the usage on the affected days, so it's resolved.

yeah well they're slow, re screenshot below, i had to ring them this morning as they forgot to reset shaping speed. though its only a button click away and restart ya modem, some ISP's need to wait 24hours and request telecom to do it.

though they should know bits and bytes are different, ie 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes, its not speed nor binary count of ^8 or 1024 format.
