I have had  a number of times when the MYA would not work and keep timing out, infact the MYA from a couple of years ago was way better than it is now, in the old one you could see payments made get a call details and text details (out by 2 hours) and all this other handy info but on there service now you can't unless you call a running total "good"

The fact is that vodafone now charges pre-pay users to call vodafone for account info etc, sure no service is up 24/7 and no company can say there stuff is, however a number of other companies don't charge there customers to ring there helpdesk, and if they do by some funny 0900 number then they update there websites to say there is a problem with there service.

The current MYA allows you to look at specific call and data details, well at least mine does.

On the far left of MYA is a "View call details" link and under it a "View data details link"

Because you are not on prepay you can.

Prepay users cant so there is little that you can do other then call a CSR to find where your credit has gone. At least with MYA you have an easy way to check it before and after a call. Your phone quickly fills up with all the texts back from BAL to 777 if you use it a lot and there is no easy way to screenshot it as a record of balance like there is with MYA

Well I am on account and do not have this "view call details or data" thing on mine, all i have is view account transaction and things about setting up payments to vodafone.

Are we talking about the big red vodafone page that has copywrite 2001 down the bottom or on the main page with all the flash ?

You can gain access to your connection (to view usage details) by selecting My Access at the top, then Add Access on the left where you can enter in your mobile number & PIN to gain access to connection level details

When you log into My Vodafone, click on Manage your account and then continue to other account information.  On the left hand side you should a summary from which you can select viewing call and/or data details.  Also gives you a break down of what you have used so far.

One query would be if your mobile is connected to a business, then you may have limited access dependant on how it is set-up and what type of access you have to these records.

Well just got off the phone to vodafone, it has something to do with my old account that was still hanging on to my phone number, as the system was thinking that 2 accounts had the same number but different contract numbers it did not know which one to display.

Nice lady at vodafone worked it out and removed the old contract, once that was done it worked again, and now i can see calls and data and found out i have not used anymore than 8megs in a day on my data account so asked for me 200meg plan to be removed, saving myself 10 dollars a month now LOL.
