I've actually tried everything.
Posting here in the small hope that there is a way for PXT to work on my phone.
It's a Sony Ericsson G900 with Symbian UIQ 3.
Is it possible to send an MMS? Or use the Live WAP service? Coz I have failed over and over to get it to work.
Any suggestions would be appreciated^^

Ta.

Kyle.

I looked at the Sony Ericsson support page to see if you could request the MMS configuration to be sent to your handset, but couldn't find it in the list, but it is there.

Go to this page and select New Zealand, Vodafone and G900 on phone model. Then enter your phone number and wait for the configuration to be sent.

If it doesn't work after this, borrow a friend's phone you know can send and receive MMS, insert your own SIM card on this phone and try sending a MMS to yourself. If it works you know the G900 configuration is still incorrect.

If however it still doesn't work then you will need to have your account checked by Vodafone to make sure you have the MMS APN configuration in your account.

I had a problem trying to get MMS working with a prepay SIM I had. My on account worked fine in both K750i and K850i phones, but the PrePay SIM didnt work in either, so one would assume it was the SIM. I rang "customer service" about 7 times, always being given the same crap about downloading the settings, even though I had done so a zillion times (exaggeration for effect :-) Plus they always insisted on sending me another copy of the settings even when I told them it wasnt the settings that were the issue it was something to do with the card.

Any way, in the end I gave up and now use the SIM in an alarm module.

That probably wasnt very helpful, but I feel better.

I took it in to Parallel Imported and Vodafone Store and even with the MMS and internet settings installed, it wouldn't work. Vodafone then said they could do some technical stuff to get it working, for $25. But they had to refund my money because they couldn't do it. They said it was locked to the Hong Kong service or something and I would have to contact the place in Hong Kong where I got it from.
So I'm taking it to OmniTech to get fixed/unlocked (hopefully). Yell
