Vodafone now charges 1 dollar service fee for speacking to customer service's how do yous feel about that i feel upset what if someone takes my phone and i don't have any credit to call vodfone and get it barred

Have you noticed how sometimes you call Vodafone and there's a waiting time? Well, to be fair to Vodafone, they are introducing this charge because a lot of people calling their Help Desk could do without it.

By introducing the charge they want to make people aware that other options for self service are available. This means people will eventually have to wait less to talk to someone.

I was told some people call 777 to even ask the time.

I don't know how it work, but I would say the $1 don't come out of your prepay account when you call, but after the call is finished. So Vodafone would make your balance -$1 until your next topup - I may be wrong, but that would make sense.
