Hello All

I don't know whether you can discover this issue, after the Fibre installation, whenever I log on the modem dashboard, the moment I go in, in the past when I was on VDSL, it will show the upload and download speed, but now whenever l go in, it was show a big red Disconnect on the indicator first, but after 5 or 10 second, it will go back and show connected in Green.

When it say disconnect, did it actually got disconnected? Otherwise what does it mean?

You would of been looking at the xDSL line sync rate

You are now connected to fibre so you don't have a xDSL sync rate

Fibre does not have sync rates. It's set as a rate within chorus's network and ideally also on your providers network side.
