Yep we experience the same outage at Lower Hutt, Wellington too.
Does anyone have any problems with trying to watch shows, like Grand Designs on TV3 on Catch-Up? We do not get an option to select Watch on Catch-Up.
Black screen , when i turned the telly on this morning to watch the ipl
reboot fixed it
and off again,
reboot NOT connecting... so it appear to be worse cant watch at all now..

When the box needs to be powered off to restart it can we have it default back whatever channel it was on previously.. rather than resettinng back to tv1
I'm surprised you need to reboot it at all. The most I ever need to do to get it back going if it's stopped is change the channel (Unless there's an outage? Or obscure issue with HDMI or your network)

@sansom I’m unable to play any programs on iPad that I have recorded. They push to TV fine.
An example one is Bull S04E20 recorded off Prime. When I select watch program, a red circle just comes up in centre of iPad, goes round and round, and nothing else happens.
Thanks if you’re able to have a look, iPad is connected to same Network as Vodafone TV.
halper86: Is snow normal? Sometimes when I boot up the box the TV recognises that it is connected - with input and display res - but only displays snow. Have to power cycle VTV to get it back to normal.
Are you using the supplied HDMI cable? Or a third party one?
