There is a Telecom Exchange issue at present effecting some of our customers, Notification from Telecom is listed below 

Subject: CURRENT: Papatoetoe Fault 25/08/2008
Importance: High

Good Morning

We are currently experiencing a fault with the Papatoetoe exchange.

Currently 25% TRAFFIC restrictions are in place on both switches, customers in the Auckland Region will experience some congestion dialling toll calls or any 08 or 0900 call.

Customers outside of Auckland will experience congestion dialling in to Auckland.

111 Traffic has been fully restored.

Fault on POP4, fault under investigation with tier 3 support.

This is also imapcting the North shore exchange.  Aucklanders talk to much anyway :)

The fault is with Papaotoetoe it appears, but they have throttled traffic to 25% loading on both the the Auckland interconnect switches.
