Well the fourth replacement had dust under the screen so by this point I was f***ing furious with these replacements so I took the phone back to the store for the same old story about sending it away for repair.

In the mean time I sent an email to some general Digital Mobile email address stating what I've been through, and that I want to reject the goods (iPhone) and whether or not I'd be entitled to a refund. I got a response today saying that as long as I bring the box/phone (once its back from the repair place) and they will process a refund.

This is a relief as I can't handle the lack of quality these iPhones have.
