I'd just like to acknowledge the great help and assistance given to me by VF staffer (and GZ member) Nick Raivaru.

 

Earlier this year I had suffered a small but annoying billing problem that neither several emails or telephone calls to Vodafone seemed to solve … staff churn at the time probably didn't help 😆

 

Even though this problem was not specifically within Nick's work purview, he took ownership and had the matter corrected within hours,  and the problem has not to date returned.
