Is anyone else unable to access webtotxt on Vodafone’s website? For the last couple of months, at least, attempting to use the site to send a text, I receive the message “Sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later or call Customer Services on 777 for assistance.”

Now – I don’t want to call customer assistance and get charged $1 because Vodafone’s systems are broken, and then have to argue to try and get my $1 back. So – before I do, is this a widespread problem – can other people use this, or, perhaps, it’s limited to just a group of customers.

Ok - Rang 777 and went through the options to talk to a CSR.
After tralking through the issue with the CSR, they gave me a "technical suport number (0800 nnn 021)" to ring.

I then asked about a possable refund as I had to ring due to a problem with Vodafones services.
The responce I received was
"It's taken by the system actually, it's non refundable."

So - not too happy to have to pay to attempt to get a problem caused to non functioning Vodafones systems resolved, where there is no "self help" option available / advised to me.

Well, off to ring the 0800 number now...
