Is anyone having issues with payments to WorldxChange? I just want to see if others have the same problems before I call them this evening.

My wife just checked our account and the funds were put IN to our account on Friday. They were then deducted twice on Monday. I've had problems of people taking the funds out twice by mistake and then having to refund it again, but never one were they put the money into your account and then take it out.

Yea, we also had this problem. Would have been nice to let us know when they were going to fix it, becuase I bet some pople might have not had enough money in the account.
Anyways, I guess all fixed now

Just been told that they are now billing in advance, so I have been billed for this month, and also for next month for the same amount, even though we haven't used the data they have billed me for yet. Not impressed about that they didn't let us know about this, and that we are now being billed for data that we haven't used in advance.

I can understand them taking the fees out twice by moving to billing in advance, but what about the money they put INTO the account on Friday?

This billing in advance now means I will have to check what they are taking out each month, to ensure they're not overcharging. And what happens when they do overcharge? Are we then going to see extra deposits some months because they overcharged or extra withdrawals because they undercharged?

I emailed them yesterday, and am still awaiting a reply over 24 hours later. I hope they are not becoming like slingshot.
