Weirdly, a speed test on http://www.nzdsl.co.nz/ tells me I'm blazing away. But I can't get any international pages and all my regularly visited forums etc., like this one, are loading veeeeery slooowly. This is on my handheld (ipod) AND my pc, so it isn't the pcs fault. Rebooted the router to no effect, I have two DNS servers (different isp's) so theoretically that shouldn't be the problem.

Guess a half hour or so of fiddling around is in order.

Anyone else having problems?

I briefly used my PC at home around 0630 and noticed slowness, Google not loading, LogMeIn not being connected and my MyNetFone Australia line not being connected . . .

On the trademe computer board some people are saying it's been dead all night. I wouldn't know, being asleep and all. Hopefully this will improve soon...guess I'll go read a book, go to church and then get some work done. Hate not being able to read all my forums and get my mail. :(

Hmm........I noticed this too, when I posted my forecast on HB Weather this morning. Everthing was loading groaningly slowly, both NZ and US websites.

Wonder what's going on???Frown

OK, things are back to normal for me now.

Roll on the 20th - no more Xnet problems for me after that.

Issue resolved, thread locked to prevent a stream of rants and un helpful posts (like the one that was just posted and subsequently hidden)
