This would be tempting if they offered the 200mbps dl speeds in chch like some of their competitors do.

An interesting offer.

As I understand it, the Ultra Hub is only used to provide router functions like DHCP with the TP-Link Deco devices providing the mesh wifi network that is managed using the TP-Link Tether mobile phone app.

My existing setup is similar with three Google Wifi devices and a TP-Link Google-On device providing my mesh wifi network that is managed using the Google Wifi mobile phone app.

Questions:

  1. Does the SuperWifi solution resolve the double NAT issue of my existing setup?
  2. Could I combine any of my existing mesh devices with the TP-Link Deco devices to greater a bigger network???
  3. Does the SuperWifi solution provide two separate SSID networks so I can provide internet access to guests without exposing my whole network.
  4. I only have limited knowledge of the Tether app. Is it and useful as the Google Wifi app?

I wonder if this classifies as a purchase?

Likely not: "Attach a COPY of the original itemised invoice and receipt paid in full. "

*takes off work hat*

I would assume no - as you wouldn't get a "original itemised invoice and receipt paid in full".

Contacted VF and apparently can qualify under our existing contract.  Just waiting on the redemption email (which for some reason can take 2-3 days) which will have all the T&C's.  Be interesting to see what fish hooks there are.  Nothing to lose to give it a shot....

Just installed mine, have a small house so one was enough. Can really notice a sharp improvement in speeds (most likely due to 802.11ax). Got rid of our old router and used as standalone - is this a good or bad idea? Anyways if we ever need the second unit I will keep it in its box. Just waiting to see if any muckups are on my bill 😬
