Alright so, I found the issue... 🤦‍♂️

Well, that was simple. It's weird though how I never got a text from Vodafone telling me my credit/account has expired. Oh well.

@St1ick Really you did not check your Prepay balance / add-ons until now!

So you could of checked this back on the 16th of August in the matter of seconds

I knew my balance was very low and I was going to switch providers anyway so I just never looked at the small expiration date.

2days ago & still...my connection to Vodafone  has been just the animated graphic/logo I've talked to a human 🕺 & finally found out

that 2 separate contractors dug holes in 2 distant, different places in NZ & cut thru some cables & that maintenance was happening, last night but would take some time.

That's fine stuff happens but I can't find anything in the news reporting it or on the 'what's down' type website about it. It's all everything is fine. Is anyone here experiencing similar issues at all, please?

@bertbacharat This is not official Vodafone support + this is a totally separate problem.

Ensure you contact Vodafone and log a fault first and start a new thread if required. This is not the thread for your problem.
