myfullflavour: Vodafone is mass market, you probably want to switch a more business-orientated ISP that would understand this request first go.

 

Judging by the lack of response from anyone at Vodafone, it looks like I don't have a choice.

 

I guess I'll be shopping around.

TBH would have expected @maxinen or @NickR1 to have chimed in about now, even if it was to tell you a flat out no

Apologies - I've been extremely busy both in and out of work.

 

I recall helping a customer with this a few years ago back when I was front of house so the process must exist somewhere. I don't know the process but I can annoy the right people until I get it. 

 

Please PM me the details and I'll see what I can do.

 

 

 

Sidenote: Directly tagging me wasn't sending notifications as I had neglected to update my email address from .com to .nz. It's possible both JP and Maxine are in a similar bucket.
