All very good talking about VoIP etc but the root cause is that Vodafone has botched the ring cadence on the new system.
There is no requirement for the RSPs to make sure customers CPE is compatible when moving from the NEAX to VOIP
This includes but not limited to Alarms, EFTPOS, PBXs, Medical Equipment
If it works after the move, great, if not the customer needs to upgrade their CPE
