i just checked with the crew at voda and you will be charged on your old plan. as that is what you signed up for in the first place.

Darwall: well then you have answered your own question, ring vodafone and confirm your plan see what they say, id be surprised that they would let you with out renewing your contract though



I haven't answered my own question!!! I already know I can switch plans without penalty and without having to resign for another 24 months - this is clearly stated on their website, and is not what my question is about! I've called Vodafone and the CSR I spoke to in Cairo wasn't sure either which makes it all the more frustrating. I don't want to just go ahead and do it and then get stung for it.


Surely someone has looked at doing something similar before?!

Thanks, wonder why the CSR I spoke to didn't know that. Luck of the draw I guess.


Guess I'll need to weigh it all up now and see if it's worth it.
