I have been filling out the online billing info every few weeks since Vodafone brought in the option.. What is it, nearly 2 years now ?
So far Zero feedback and still getting Useless paper bills.  I download the pdfs every month while the paper accounts pile up at my emergency postal address which I then have to pay to get forwarded.
Totally Mobile = No fixed abode.

So far I have tried with the latest Safari, Firefox, Stainless, and a few other Mac browsers.. Any Hints on how to get it to work??

Yep, but couldn't make the Egyptians understand what I wanted, email didn't work either.
Will try again in a couple of weeks when I'm in an area with decent Vodafone coverage, none to one bar here in Ardmore, Auckland.

Bit OT, How do you deal with land transport with no fixed address? They were totally useless when I asked, still sending stuff to my street address which I had asked many times to remove.

We use an emergency address ~ my son's, but those prepaid postage bags from the post office mount up at +$5 a time.

Land transport & Insurance companies both insist on an address but having even an emergency address brings the Jury service letters..bit difficult when on the other island :~) Other ways, a postbox, trusted friends or using NZ Motor Caravan Association postal redirection service.

All the Best getting away from the postal service..

You are required to have an address, even if it is a Poste Restante address. Which is what the OP seems to be using.

Using something like http://www.privatebox.co.nz would probably be cheaper and more effective than those postshop forwarding things.

I'm sure there was another company doing a similar thing but I can't think of it at the moment.
