Anyone else experienced being rate limited after doubling your data?

I ran over my limited by the 31st Dec, so enabled the double the data - both tonight and last night I've had to call customer services and ask them to remove the rate limit.

Now I'm worried that I'm going to have to call them every single night - has anyone else had any experience with this?

UPDATE:

For the last three nights I've had to ring Vodafone Customer services and get the rate limit removed.

It seems from talking with the customer service representative that I'm not the only one affected by this issue. (Of course, whilst talking to customer services I got cut off three times - the third time before I even got a chance to talk to someone - I guess the system knows that I'm cantankerous!).

Also from talking with the CSR, I understand now that whether this gets fixed appears to be an act of magic - I understand that the issue has been reported up the chain of command, but there's currently no process for information to flow back to the CSR (and ultimately the customer).

It seems that I'm just going to have to call Vodafone everyday until my plan rolls over to get de-rate limited.

UPDATE: I've had to call every night up to my anniversary to get the rate limit removed.

I've now upgraded my plan, but was informed today that my double data was applied for a recurring charge!!!

I checked this morning before going to work and it seems that my line is still rate limited.

I now have a complete lack of faith in Vodafone - and I'm resigned to having to call them everyday to get things sorted out properly.

Unless the system gets "stable", I think once my 12 months is up, I'm going to switch providers.

i am pretty sure that if you are not getting the service you paid for or agreed to in your contrac they cannot enforce the term. you will need to run it past someone who knows the details around that sort of thing but that is what i remember at least.
