I think they are all originating from different systems at TelstraClear, I'm curious why they don't just pick one sender name and stick with it!

Probably because they're different departments, and you're more likely to read the email from the Administrator if it says it's from the Administrator?

From memory "The Team at Telstraclear" is the junkmail news update that you only read if you aren't busy, "Telstraclear Administrator" is an automated system to let you know when you are over/near limits etc...can't remember what the other is.
