Hi all...


Was a raving fan of TCL until something changed in their network and my internet dried up (0.3mb/s)...


Switched to Orcon - same equipment etc (TCL blamed my equipment) and all is good.


Now my problem is that TCL have continued to bill me internet charges for the last 3 months despite having said three times on the phone that I have no services active!  Don't get billed for phone/tolls, only internet.


Anyway - trying to call today them to sort this out, at first I got an answering machine that they were open (on Sat/Sun) from 9 to 5:30 (at 9:15!!!).  Tried at 10 - 10:30, 11:00 and haven't been able to get any joy all day.  Selecting I want to switch results in the same thing.


Now the message is that the mailbox is full please hang up!  This is also on their line for new customer signups!


Great introduction to TCL for people wanting to sign-up and exactly the sort of reason I left them.  As it stands - I am getting billed, but can't get them to stop - get sent letters advising I should change my plan to a new home plan (even though I have no active services with them) and now can't even get a person on the phone!


Rather frustrated...
