Okay so doing some more checking, I am guessing that you didn't get any of the 4 emails we sent you, so probably we do keep you in the loop it's just that maybe you didn't get the info ?

Only received the initial email which had an RFS date of 30/1. Nothing in spam folder.

As long as the process is there (and logically it makes sense that it will be there), I understand if sometimes emails or updates won't get through :)
