So I rang up about switching over to the Homeplan/ADSL 25GB earlier this month. Was told it would switch over at the end of the billing cycle - the 29th. That's fine. This evening my PDQ connection dies... So I ring up after a few reboots and was told it had been switched over and I had to change the username/password in the modem. Ok..... so how about letting the customers know this BEFORE it happens??? I ain't psychic!  My connection would still be toast had I not called them. They sure have a strange way of operating!

At least my Paradise email addresses still work, and after a while of snail speed it's back at fs/fs (not that it's any faster than PDQ was).
