Kids played with a phone and we no have a blocked SIM ("Contact Operator").

Is there anything we can do or do we need a brand new SIM and what are the costs?

We in the past acquired a blank VF SIM card which we never got around to switching over to - would that work and what would the associated costs be?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure what MSISDN is but when I googled it suggests that it is just the phone number?

If that's the case then I have emailed the phone number through as well. Thanks.
