No connection fee, cancel any time. Remember that if you get VFX with an ISP that isnt xnet then the bandwidth used comes from your alloted amount. With the fusion plan it is free, ie. not taken from your data cap.

I have used Xnet/Vfx for several years now and never regretted my decision. Early problems were always solved quickly by their Help Desk. Always top quality phone conversations. Sometimes I have even had to hold the handset away from my ear a little as the call has been so loud and clear compared to the old POTS line.

I use Xnet/Vfx together with TelstraClear's 10GB Internet cable plan in Trentham Upper Hutt. A great combination as no phone line is needed with TelstraClear on their 10GB or greater plan.

Most toll calls are 5c a minute. There are no capped call plans with Xnet/Vfx but I see from your posts that you don't make many long toll calls anyway. I can't see how being charged for traffic using another internet provider is a big issue as phone calls have not made a significant difference to my broadband usage.

Supercap addons can be added to a VFX line. They also apply across multiple lines on the same account so if you had two VFX lines lines at home for example the cap can be shared.

It is actually quite hard to find anything about Supercap on the Xnet/Vfx website. I had to call their Help Desk to confirm it is available. It is! Their casual call rates for Supercap are actually higher than that for Xnet/Vfx so it does not make a lot of sense to have Supercap unless you plan to make lots of long phone calls.

The xnet website strikes again!
